Official donation channels are listed on our website. Donations made through any unofficial or third-party sources will not be recognized by the Foundation.
4. Acknowledgment & Receipts
- Every successful donation is acknowledged through an official digital receipt issued by the Foundation.
- Donors are requested to provide accurate contact details (name, email, and phone number) to receive receipts and updates.
- Donations eligible under applicable laws may receive tax exemption (if registered under 80G or similar provisions).
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All donations made are final and non-refundable.
- Refunds are only considered in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors during payment.
- Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 7 working days of the transaction to asshrayviwelfarefoundationngo@gmail.com with valid proof of payment.
- After verification, refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
